As new parents, old parents, or soon-to-be parents, we know how busy you are. Carving out time to take care of yourself (when you're taking care of everyone else) is important, but also so difficult! We're here to help. Whether it's a prenatal class before your little one arrives or a chance to take advantage of a new activity to do with your kids: welcome. We're glad you found us.
Story Time Yoga
Tuesdays, 11:00-11:30 am
Join us for a 30-minute class combining books and yoga! We move through each story with lots of yoga, movement, and smiles : ) . We usually dance a little too!

Prenatal Yoga with Erin
Starting July 29th, 3:15-4:15 pm at Breathe Body & Mind
A 60 minute class designed for mommies-to-be. We will prep the body for labor and delivery, stretch and open to provide space for baby, alleviate some of the aches and pains of pregnancy, and practice breathing techniques useful for this special time.
