Class Descriptions

Prenatal

A 60 minute class designed for mommies-to-be. We will prep the body for labor and delivery, stretch and open to provide space for baby, alleviate some of the aches and pains of pregnancy, and practice breathing techniques useful for this special time.

*Please be sure you are cleared by your medical provider before participating in Prenatal Yoga.
*Please let the instructor know of any complications/issues you might be experiencing with your pregnancy.

Postnatal

A 60 minute class designed for postpartum mommies. This class is especially for moms who are have recently given birth up to two years. This might also be a great class for you if you have had a baby and are preparing to become pregnant again, no matter the age gap.

We will focus on strengthening the core, relaxing the shoulders and strengthening the back, reengaging the abdominal muscles, and enjoying a little TLC for mommy.

*Please be sure you are cleared by your medical provider before participating in Postnatal Yoga.

Mommy + Me PiYo

Join us for a class that benefits both mom & kids. After the kids stretch out the sillies with a mini-yoga session, mom will get down to business! A dynamic but non-traditional Pilates class that focuses on getting moms stronger and longer. While core muscles will certainly get a workout, come prepared to work all parts of the body in fun and functional manner. No pilates experience needed. For kids crawling to age 5.

*Must have clearance from medical provider before taking this class.
*Toys are provided but kids can also bring their own.
*Parents are responsible for their children during this class.
*Please no electronic devices or food.

Baby & Me Yoga

This is a 60 minute yoga class for parent & baby. We will start with giving the babies some yoga love then mommies/daddies will get their yoga on for ~50 minutes. Please know that with the babies, anything goes! (feeding, changing, sleeping, crying...no worries!) 

*Please note: You should be cleared by your medical provider before participating in this class.
*This class is for infants and babies ages 0-12 months (crawlers and early walkers welcome!)
*Please bring a blanket for baby to class with you.

TOT Yoga

Join us for yoga, songs, dancing, and cuddles! A fun-filled 45 minute class for you to play and bond with your tot! This class is for parent(s) and child(ren) to actively participate in together.

*This class is best for mobile babies and toddlers (crawlers to three years old). *Siblings are welcome!

3/4's Yoga

A 45 minute yoga class for the preschool crowd! We will play yoga, sing songs, stretch our bodies and imaginations while engaging with new friends in this interactive and social yoga class!

Family Yoga WORKSHOP

Yoga is a fun family activity no matter what age! We will play yoga games, practice partner poses, stretch and strengthen our bodies, and connect with our loved ones. Come out and practice yoga as a family!

This 60 minute class is for ages 3-9. (Older siblings always welcome.) Cost:$25 per family (up to 3 people, must include one adult), $5 per extra person

Story Time Yoga

An engaging and fun class where we read books and do yoga as we go through each story. Kiddos are not required to sit during this class! It is a fun way to read books, move, and play with friends! (ages 0-6) *Tuesday Story Time only $5!*

Open Flow

Strengthen and open your body and mind with this 60 minute energizing vinyasa flow that includes sun salutations, standing poses, hip-openers, seated poses, backbends, and basic inversions. Newer yogis can build a strong base while more experienced yogis can deepen their practice with variations. Open to all adults.

*Prenatal friendly for experienced yogis but please tell the instructor that you are expecting!

Slow Flow

Wind down and breathe deeply with this relaxing, melodic flow. This slow and gentle all levels class will include modified sun salutations, and a variety of poses aimed to ease tension and restore the body.
