Join us for Prenatal Yoga this July!
Our four week series meets on Sundays from 4:00-5:00 pm.
Class dates are July 2, 9, 16, and 23.
During each prenatal class, we will prep the body for labor and delivery, stretch and open the body to provide space for baby, alleviate some of the aches and pains of pregnancy, and practice breathing techniques useful for this special time.
The July 23rd class is a make-up date so you have some flexibility within the series.
*Please be sure you are cleared by your medical provider before participating in Prenatal Yoga.
*Please let the instructor know of any complications/issues you might be experiencing with your pregnancy.
